Today your meme is going to Mayo Clinic, She has been sick, She has been in and out of the hospital for a few months and then she got better and they found tumors that had been taken had come back, So finally we have talked her into going to the Mayo clinic. Its time she finds out what is wrong with her. It all started when she began to swell up, and no one knew why, finally she was admitted to the hospital for a while at KDMC during this time you were also admitted to the hospital for a stomach virus and dehydration (will tell you about later) and they just were not sure what was going on with her after weeks of being at KDMC they then sent her to OSU to see what they could find out, And there they did help her they got the fluid off of her and began to treat things like, the high protein levels in her urine, the thrush that had taken over her mouth to the point she could not eat, and her weakness. During this time, Me, Daddy, You, Uncle D, Aunt Kam, Nevaeh, and Jaydah went to Columbus to be with Meme during the weekend when we could.
Meme was discharged a day or so after we got back home, She came home and was doing OK, But seemed to be very weak, no one thought much about it but that it was because she had been in the hospital for soo long. Then a few weeks after she has came home she was taken to the hospital in an ambulance for passing out and didn't know what was going on. Again we were back at the hospital KDMC sent her to St Marys ICU, They there treated her thrush in a different way (since she had not been eating) and did many test, changed around her meds and watched her closely. There they then decided she would go back to KDMC in the rehab department to help with her weakness. Meme started doing alot better there. We then found out your Aunt Kamilah had breast cancer at age 28. Meme then was ready to come home and help take care of her and the girls. That is when we saw the most improvement in Meme, but that is to show the love of a mother for her child, she knew there was no other way, your Aunt Kamilah was about to take a new road down life and at this point in her life she needed help more now then she ever will. So Meme was better, she was stronger and she was ready to do what was needed to be done (but this is all only on the outside) and on the inside Meme is still sick, they just don't know what. So today Meme is going to MN at the Mayo Clinic to figure out just what is going on.
