Midnight shift

Dear my sleeping bug.

Since you were six weeks old mommy went back to work 3 days a week 8 hours shift (midnight shift) Thursday, Friday and Saturday. And your daddy also works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So sometimes it gets hard to come home and get some sleep. But lately (just like today) You have been amazing. you I used to come home Fridays and you and Daddy had Daddy Son day from the time he got in at about 8:00am until Saturday morning when he went to work at 6:00am, So I would sleep during the day and Daddy watched you all day. But then Daddy started back to school and his work days changed to Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So on Fridays I come home after I pick you up from Aunt Liz or Meme and you go back to sleep just like clock work until 10:30 (which isn't bad) and then we get up eat, you watch TV or play and mommy plays on the computer or reads or cleans while Daddy is at school until between 1:30 and 3:00 then Daddy comes home and has Daddy and Brycen time from then until about 5:00 when he gets ready for work. So I get to sleep then. On Saturdays you are GREAT (now) Its like you know mommy worked all night and you know I need alittle sleep, So again like clock work you come back home with mommy I feed you a bottle and we go back to sleep until 10:30 and you wake me up climbing on me with a HUGE smile, and we get up eat play watch TV and at about 1:30 you are ready to lay back down for a while and we lay back down until about 3:30 or 4:00 and then we do it again and sometimes lay back down from 6:00 til about 8:00 or you sometimes you will go to sleep at 1:30 and sleep until 5:00. But any way it happens you are GREAT for mommy, I couldn't ask for a better to baby on a day I just worked midnight shift and come home to no one to watch you and I need some sleep.

Meme used to watch you until she got sick and then she just wasn't very able, And some time I would go to Meme's and sleep on the couch while she watched you and played with you and did all that and let me sleep, But when we got sick we learned how to do it on our own.

Your such a great baby. If I thought they would all be this great I would have a million.
